We are privileged to have you as our guest and client. We hope that you find our
office warm and inviting and that we impress you with our professionalism and our
willingness to serve, so that you will frequent our establishment and tell all of your
friends and family about us.

Because we are a massage clinic and not a day spa, we want to initiate a solid
client-practitioner relationship by letting you know what you can expect of us, as this
may be your first encounter with our type of practice. Our goal is to reduce your
stress, and the first step in that process is to open the lines of communication. Thus
we have provided the following information for you to review at home at your
convenience, so that misunderstandings are at a minimum and pleasurable
experiences are at a maximum!
What clients can expect of us:

1. We promise to provide a competent and professional session each time you come
for an appointment addressing your specific needs for that session.

2. We are available at our office location for appointments and to purchase products
and gift certificates

3. Privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

4. All clients will be treated courteously and with respect.

5. Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.

7. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered (except for packages which
are purchased prior to services rendered for the series requested). We accept cash,
checks, and  MasterCard and Visa. We do not invoice or have "house accounts" for
our services; therefore credit terms do not exist.

8. We do not claim to treat specific conditions or diagnose. We will perform services
for which we are qualified and able to do and will refer to the appropriate specialists
when work is not within our scope of practice and/or not in the client's best interest.

Gift certificates are available . No discounts can be applied for the purchase of gift
certificates. If the recipient does not want to use the certificate, the certificate can be
transferred to another client. NO REFUNDS are given for certificates.

10. We give discounts for
referring new clients to our practice.  For every 3(three)
new clients who receive and hour massage within a 30 day period, You will receive a
gift certificate for a 30 minute massage.

11. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance.  If you fail to arrive to your
appointment at the scheduled time, your session will end at the scheduled time.

12. We make no claims as to the therapeutic value of certain herbs or products and
suggest you consult with a physician if you have any questions about whether you
should take a particular product.
