What Does Gemstone & Crystal Healing Do For Me?
The Gemstones & Crystals are used to balance the 7 Chakras in the body to
promote all of the benefits listed above. The Chakras are 7 energy centers, or
vortexes, found along the midline of the human body. The word Chakra actually
means "wheel" in Sanskrit, and each Chakra is shaped as such when depicted.
When the Chakras are balanced, and the energy is flowing freely through them, the
mental, spiritual, and physical bodies are kept in harmony and we feel an overall
sense of well-being. When the Chakras become unbalanced, it manifests itself
physically through illness, and the sense of not feeling well.

Do I Have To Get Undressed?
No. For this therapy, you stay fully dressed and are still draped with a sheet over
your clothing while laying face up on a massage table. (See Picture). There is
another therapy we do called Rain Drop Therapy, where you can incorporate the
essential oils along with the Stones to receive more cleansing if needed/desired.
Then you would need to get undressed and will still be fully draped by a heet/towels.
How Long Does Gemstone & Crystal Healing Last?
The treatment last about 45 minutes and the benefits will vary on your lifestyle i.e.
Stress environment, eating habits, etc.. It is good to get your Chakras balanced at
least once a week.
What Connections Do The 7 Chakras Have with the Physical/Spiritual
Body? .....Chakra 101
1. Chakra One *Muladhara* The Will To Live. Reproductive System; Sacrym
(base of spine). Feelings: Security, sense of vitality, belonging, and the will to
survive and be fully alive. Gemstone: Red Jasper- It can be used to prevent

I have been working for sometime now to clear some emotional
and spiritual debris from my chakras. I was drawn to Crystal's
website only hours after she updated it with January's special for the
Crystal/Gemstone Healing. Even if you have not considered this type of

while Crystal was working on the area of my solar plexis and heart chakra, I
